Terms and Conditions for KCB True Games

These Terms form the general basis for apps, games, websites and online services provided by KCB True Games. Individual services may include additional rules that apply only to that service.

The German and English versions of these Terms are the controlling versions. Additional language versions, if provided, are for clarity and convenience.

1. Provider

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all mobile apps, games, websites, backend services, community functions and related digital services provided by KCB True Games, unless service-specific terms apply.

Services may include mobile games, apps, Google login, user accounts, MathCoin or point systems, leaderboards, progress, boosters, events, achievements, ad-based functions, support pages and community links.

3. User Account and Login

Certain functions require login, for example via Google. Login is used to assign a user account, synchronize progress, provide cross-service functions and prevent misuse.

Users are responsible for protecting their login account from unauthorized access. If misuse or security risks are suspected, KCB True Games may temporarily restrict individual functions or accounts.

4. Digital Points, MathCoins and In-App Functions

MathCoins, points, boosters, items, leaderboard points or similar digital values are internal digital functions within the respective services. They are used for service functionality, display, progress tracking or interaction within the KCB True Games ecosystem.

Such digital values are not legal tender, electronic money, a financial instrument, a regulated cryptocurrency or a freely transferable payment claim.

Individual services may offer different or additional uses. The rules, technical limits and availability displayed for that service then apply.

5. Advertising, Rewards and Availability

Some services may include ad-based functions. Ads, rewards, boosters, points or other digital actions are processed only if the technical requirements are met and required server-side confirmations are received successfully.

Availability of individual ads, functions, rewards, boosters, leaderboards, events or services depends on technical factors, advertisers, app stores, third parties, server operation, abuse prevention and the respective service scope.

There is no claim to permanent or guaranteed availability of specific ads, rewards, boosters, leaderboards, events or digital functions.

6. Server Verification and Abuse Prevention

KCB True Games uses server-side checks to validate functions, ad confirmations, point balances, boosters, leaderboards, scores and other actions. Client-side displays or messages alone do not create a claim to a credit or action.

In particular, the following are prohibited:

manipulating apps, games, servers, API calls or ads
using automated click, ad, farming or bot systems
bypassing limits, waiting periods, leaderboard rules or security checks
using multiple accounts to obtain unfair advantages
actions that violate Google Play, AdMob, app store or ad network rules

In case of violations, KCB True Games may reject actions, correct digital values, restrict functions, remove scores or suspend accounts where necessary to protect the system.

7. User Content and Community Functions

If services later provide profiles, comments, forums, social functions, uploads or other user content, they may only be used lawfully and respectfully.

Users may not publish unlawful, offensive, fraudulent, copyright-infringing, harmful or otherwise inappropriate content. KCB True Games may remove such content or restrict access.

8. Changes and Development

KCB True Games may change, expand, restrict, merge or discontinue services where this is necessary or appropriate for technical, legal, economic, security-related or product-related reasons.

9. Technical Availability

KCB True Games strives to operate services reliably. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, disruptions, third-party outages, security measures or force majeure may temporarily restrict functions.

10. Third Parties

Services may integrate third parties such as login providers, ad networks, app stores, hosting providers or technical service providers. Each third party is responsible for its own services, availability and terms to the extent permitted by law.

11. Liability

KCB True Games is liable according to statutory provisions in cases of intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health.

In cases of slight negligence, KCB True Games is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

12. Ending Use and Account Deletion

Users may stop using the services at any time. Information about account deletion is available at /account-loeschung.html.

13. Privacy

14. Final Provisions

German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

Before broad rollout, this basis should be reviewed by legal counsel and adjusted to the final services.
